The Hartwall Lahti beverage complex has a production capacity of 350 million litres and comprises a brewery, soft drinks lines, and large logistics areas. It is one of the most fully integrated and automated plants of its kind in the world. Stainless steel is used widely in such processes for its hygiene benefits and corrosion resistance.

Stainless hollow sections have been used extensively at the plant in production and process logistics machinery. Stalatube was chosen to supply the hollow sections on very tight delivery schedules, and pre-cut to save on-site assembly time and sawing.
