Occupational health and safety

Zero tolerance for accidents

Our goal is zero accidents. This simply means that working for or visiting us will not endanger anyone’s health. Common safety is our top priority.

The well-being of our staff is very important for us, and we recognise our responsibility for the safety of everyone who visits our factory areas. We continuously develop our working methods to make them safer in cooperation with our staff, the authorities and the experts in the field. We make use of new technologies and regularly organise training to ensure that we use the best possible working methods.

Zero accidents is our shared vision

Zero accidents is the shared goal of all our staff, and thanks to our efforts to develop workplace health and safety, we have managed to decrease the number of accidents.

When it comes to safety, the most important thing is foresight. We identify risks, make risk assessments and correct any safety issues that we become aware of. Our staff can quickly and easily report dangerous situations through an electronic system. We also regularly arrange safety inspections and training in cooperation with the authorities. Everyone who works at or visits our factory must wear the protective equipment that is provided for them and follow all instructions that they are given. We also train all our subcontractors to work in accordance with our safe work culture.

Continuous development of the company’s operations in cooperation with all staff

We continuously develop our work environment and equipment to create a safer and more efficient future. We take safety and ergonomics into account when planning our working methods and machines.

By modernising our machines and investing in an orderly work environment, we have been able to raise the level of safety.
